We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant.

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual who is eager to take on a variety of tasks within our company.

The primary focus of this role will be on sales and client visits, but you will also have the opportunity to contribute to other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the sales team with client visits and presentations.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Support the marketing team with various tasks, including campaign execution and follow-up.
– Create and manage spreadsheets and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
– Contribute to graphic design projects, if skilled in this area.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist with strategic planning.
– Handle various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

– Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
– Experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
– Basic understanding of graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is a plus.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
