In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and marketing materials. Your creativity will be key in developing captivating visuals, compelling copy, and engaging multimedia content that reflects the ethos of Whiteball and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials
Collaborate with the design team to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives
Gather and curate visual and written content that showcases our events and brand story
Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagement
Optimize content for SEO and social media platforms to enhance visibility and reach
Monitor performance metrics and analytics to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant
Assist with brainstorming and developing ideas for new content initiatives and campaigns
Engage with the audience on social media and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to capture event highlights and create post-event content

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or a similar role
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Proficient in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the events industry or related field is a plus
Basic video production and editing skills are an advantage
