Company Description

Pastry Pro, a member of Andreas Stylianides Trading Co Ltd group, has been importing and distributing raw materials for bakeries, confectioneries, and catering services in Cyprus since 1990. Located in Dhali, Nicosia, our offices, warehouse, and seminar studio are all under the same roof.

Role Description

· Process customer’s orders

· Handle invoicing and ensure timely payment collection

· Daily bookkeeping and record transactions on the accounting system

· Maintain proper files and records to document transactions

· Assist with the reconciliation of general ledger accounts (creditors, debtors, banks, etc.)

· Assist in preparation of VAT, VIES and Intrastat reports

· Liaise with external auditors

Qualifications

· LLCI Higher Diploma in Accounting

· University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field will be considered as additional qualification

· Adequate knowledge of Greek and English

· A previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting or a similar role will be considered an advantage

· Any knowledge of SAP will be considered an advantage

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate, including 13th salary and others.
