What you'll be doing

Develop and produce motion assets for diverse marketing channels (social ads, organic social content, email assets, display, website and more)
Understand needs, design storyboards, create and edit animations
Contribute to larger projects as a member of the Marketing wagon
Give and receive constructive & creative feedback across teams
Collaborate with other designers, developers, & stakeholders
Utilize conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life.
Shape the details of motion projects with cutting-edge techniques and technologies.

What you'll need

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field
1+ years of professional experience in a motion designer role
A portfolio we can view
Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, or similar
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and design principles
Ability to transform general vision and context into creative and effective visual assets
Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
Ability to work independently or with a team to develop animations and solve problems

Nice to have

Experience with Blender or Adobe Animate
Experience with 3D modeling and animation
Work with a company in similar industries (Technology or Fintech)
