Accountant

Job description:

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Paphos for full employment with potential for further career development

Duties & Responsibilities

· Managing own portfolio of Bookkeeping clients

· Collecting necessary documents regarding financial affairs of clients

· Preparation and submission of VAT returns

· Preparation and submission of VIES returns

· Handling client queries and providing assistance

· Preparation of Trial Balances to be forwarded to the Audit Department for audit

· Reviewing work of junior team members

Requirements

· 3 - 5 years working experience in a same position

· Practical experience and knowledge in areas covering VAT, VIES and Payroll

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to manage and meet deadlines

Remuneration

. 39 hours week with flexible working hours

. 22 days annual leave
