Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships with other businesses and stakeholders to secure advantageous commission deals and expand our network
Property Presentation: Oversee the presentation of available properties, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and accurate information to aid in their decision-making process
Communication and Coordination: Effectively engage with clients, team members, and industry professionals through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
Transaction Management: Maintain clean records of transactions, documentation, client interactions, and property listings using CRM software and other tools, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Project Oversight: Lead and participate in additional tasks and projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the real estate division

Requirements

Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and industry professionals, with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and negotiation
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate management or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful transactions and client management
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Russian language would be a plus
Relationship Building: Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating a client-oriented approach
Independent and Team-Oriented: Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
