About the role:
- Curating and managing a diverse and high-quality wine list that complements our menu
- Providing expert wine pairings and recommendations to guests
- Conducting wine tastings and enhancing guest knowledge about wines
- Training and educating the restaurant staff on wine service and etiquette
- Maintaining proper wine inventory and storage conditions
- Engaging with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
- WSET Level 2 certification or equivalent is an asset
- Strong knowledge of wines, wine regions, and wine service
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
