As a Brand Content Manager, you will play a key role in elevating brand leadership in Greece by designing and deploying brand building strategies across all channels.
Your ‘day To Day’
- Lead brand building and embed brand guidelines in all commercial programs, projects and initiatives.
- Create Brand Building campaigns and Consumer Events aiming to strengthen the emotional link between consumers and the brand, in alignment with consumer context and brand objectives.
- Design and develop communication assets and narratives for internal and external activations
- Participate in commercial programs, projects and initiatives providing brand deep expertise, from idea generation to go-to-market and execution.
- Manage marketing agencies and third parties and follow-up on the day-to-day business with them to ensure good collaboration, impactful deliverables, fast execution and controlled cost of activities as part of marketing budget.
- Identify key opportunities for local campaigns not included in the global calendar, based on expertise and knowledge of the local trends and business environment.
- Liaise with Region and Central Category teams to ensure best-in-class design and implementation of global and regional mandates as to brand activation.
- Continuously assess and monitor effectiveness of brand activations.
- Control and analyze brand activities' budget on a systematic basis to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure that execution of all brand activities are done by applying with “Marketing code” and applicable legislation.
Who We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in Brand / Marketing role, ideally in a multinational or big local company with proved performance in developing meaningful marketing or communication campaigns.
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing/Communication, Business Administration or related fields.
- Master in Business Administration/Marketing would be considered an asset.
- Strong presentation skills and master storyteller.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English.
- MS Office advanced capabilities & good understanding in online tools.
- Digital marketing & social media strategies understanding.
