Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat while working remotely
- Assist customers with a variety of airline inquiries, including bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer service systems
- Collaborate with airline partners to ensure seamless customer support
- Stay updated on airline policies, travel guidelines, and industry developments to better assist customers
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel industry
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven ability to manage difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Familiarity with customer service tools and systems for tracking inquiries
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
