Intergo Telecom Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development professional to join our Dedicated DID (Direct Inward Dialing) Department. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our DID services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the telecommunications market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our DID services through market research and prospecting.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and revenue targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored DID solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of services and promotional efforts.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on DID services preferred.
- Strong understanding of DID services, VoIP technologies, and telecommunications market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
