We are currently seeking a
Senior Business Analyst to join our talented team! Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders within the product department to understand and document business needs, user stories, and functional requirements for product development and enhancement.
- Documentation Management: Manage the creation, organization, and upkeep of comprehensive product documentation, explaining how features work and providing clear instructions for users. This involves writing detailed user guides, technical specifications, and FAQs, working closely with teams to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, new features, and enhancements to existing products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between the product department and other business units, communicating requirements, progress, and insights to cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that product requirements are accurately translated into test cases, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide feedback on product functionality to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within product development or technology environments
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, creating workflows, and writing user stories.
- High proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements
- Basic understanding of system architecture, APIs, and software development lifecycles
- Experience working in fintech or online trading platforms
