Duties
- Production and creative preparation of high-qualitydishes for guest buffets and à la carte restaurant
- Depending on the area and your work experience, yourtasks will vary and include preparing a menu, preparing and cooking dishes, aswell as the appealing decoration and presentation of the dishes. Cooking withpassion!
- Organization and ensuring the smooth running of yourposition
- Compliance with standards, regulations and HACCP
Qualifications
- EUcitizenship
- Completed training as a chef or 2 years ofprofessional experience
- German language skills OR English language skills atleast B1 level desired - required in some areas (management positions etc.).
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Safe and efficient operation of common kitchenequipment
