We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the operations of both outlets, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Supervise daily operations of both the a la carte and buffet restaurants
- Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage service across both outlets
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring they meet the resort's standards
- Staff Supervision and Development:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of food and beverage staff
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, standards, and goals
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively
- Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas
- Address and resolve any safety or hygiene issues promptly

Requirements
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role in a high-end resort or hotel setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including both a la carte and buffet service styles.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
