Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility
- Guide customers through service features and setup processes effectively
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues resolved
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collect and document customer feedback to aid in the continuous improvement of services offered
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential
- Experience in customer support or a similar role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment
