Responsibilities:
As an Operations Executive, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and aligned with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Management
- Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts (technical, sales, customer service) to align objectives and enhance workflows
- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to maintain a well-equipped office
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing disruptions
Office Administration
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve organization and efficiency
- Maintain records, correspondence, and documentation with attention to detail
- Organize and manage team schedules, meetings, and events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Executive Support
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and strategic discussions
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project follow-ups
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
- 2+ years proven experience in operations, administration, or executive support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication abilities for internal coordination and external interactions
- Fluency in English Language (both written and spoken)
- Tech-savviness and proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management software)
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment
