Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and search engine optimization

- Analyze customer accounts and deliver personalized recommendations for improvement and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant advice
- Document all interactions and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, particularly in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is a plus
