A wonderful opportunity has arisen within a global company specializing in offshore and marine machinery, for a Project Accountant to join its new and expanding Cyprus office and team. The company is an established international group of companies with over 30 years of experience providing unbeatable service to users and owners of cranes around the world.
This role would suit a qualified Accountant with experience in Industry and project accounting who has good knowledge of month end reporting, project reporting, cash flow analysis, transactional back ground, international transactions and MS excel. This role will report into the CFO where they will oversee the monthly accounts for a new company in the Netherlands and over see all new global projects from a financial reporting aspect for the group.
You are employed as a Project Accountant and your normal duties will be those appropriate to that job title and allocated to you from time to time by us. It may be that your skills could be better used in another area of our business, or that shortages of people or skills elsewhere in the business make it essential to transfer you to another part of our business. We may transfer you or require you to do alternative or additional duties if this is reasonably required for the purposes of our business.

Your Profile
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Fully tech literate and comfortable
- Qualified Accountant would be preferred with relevant experience as a Project Accountant
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player but also happy to work on one’s initiative
- Used to reporting to senior management level
- Flexible approach with a positive attitude and solution focused attitude
