lmw is seeking for a
HR Officer on behalf of a leading company in Food Industry, in Koropi (Attica).
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Complete hiring process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting)
Requirements
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree
- Proven work experience of 4+ years as HR Officer or HR Generalist in a competitive working environment
- Hands-on experience with various HR Systems
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation
- Passion, dedication and willingness to work hard
- Adaptable mentality, enthusiasm and eagerness to start from scratch
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English Language skills
