As a Technical Proposal Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct quantity take-offs and verify material quantities provided by technical studies.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations based on project requirements and specifications.
- Analyze tender documents to identify key deliverables and project needs.
- Develop and submit technical and financial proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, regulations, and company policies during the tendering process.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
As an Technical Proposal Engineer you need to have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in tender preparation or project costing, ideally within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
