About MFO Asset Management:
MFO Asset Management Ltd operates as a UCITS Management Company and as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager. In addition, we offer investment management services for investment portfolios in accordance with clients’ mandates on an advisory as well as discretionary basis.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the successful candidate will be a member of the Asset Management Team and will be responsible for the following:
- Identification of eligible investment opportunities as per the approved investment policy of each fund/portfolio
- Financial due diligence of eligible investment opportunities as per the investment strategy of each fund/portfolio
- Monitoring of selected investments in accordance with the approved investment policy, performance targets and risk profile of each fund/portfolio
- Execution of transaction orders and on-going monitoring of investments through the Company’s Portfolio Management System
- Conducting portfolio analysis and preparing client reports
- Assist in the provision of investment advice to clients in accordance with the applicable legislative and regulatory framework
- Perform research and assist in the preparation of the Company’s Investment Outlook and periodic market briefings
- Other relevant or internal administration duties depending on the needs of the Company
What we are looking for:
- University Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
- Holder of CySEC advanced certification
- Holder of a professional qualification such as CFA will be considered an advantage
- Experience in a similar position or in a related function in the financial services industry for a minimum of 2 years
- In depth knowledge of the financial services industry and practices
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both oral and written
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
- High attention to detail
- Analytical, problem solving approach
- Highest ethical standards, integrity and discipline
