The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems and document flow
- Ensuring up-to-date information on the website and in company files
- Gathering, analyzing, and processing information from open sources
- Writing small texts according to company standards for the website and social media
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Completing tasks assigned by the office manager
Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle routine tasks
- Attention to even the smallest details
- Good command of Greek and proficiency of English
- Interpersonal communication skills with pleasant character
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Official employment - Full-time position - Monday to Saturday,
