Job Opening: We are looking for a dynamic Rooms Division Manager to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence!
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
•Oversee the overall operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Guest Services
•Ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient management and staff training
•Monitor and maintain standards of service and room quality
•Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
•Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
•Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the Rooms Division
•Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
•Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies

Role Requirements & Person Specification•Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
•Proven experience in hotel operations, particularly in Rooms Division management
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of property management systems and PMS software
•A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail
•Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
