Requirements
Best Candidate's profile:
- Hospitality/Tourism degree or degree in communications, public relations or marketing
- Excellent command of German and English language
- Working experience of at least 2 years in Guest Relations department in 5* Hotel
- Advanced PC and MS office skills. Knowledge of PMS systems and/or CRM systems will be considered as an asset
- Passion for Excellence
- Excellent Guest service and communication skills
- Proactive and creative way of work
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and team player
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
