Role Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans, and manage project resources effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on status to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Conduct regular project meetings and maintain clear communication with all team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document project outcomes and conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Knowlegde, Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or IT related field.
- 3 years of previous IT project management experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project etc)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be consider an advantage.
