We are currently seeking someone to fill an Entry Level Marketing Assistant that is willing to work a full-time schedule. Our top candidates express characteristics such as having an outgoing personality, they are approachable and comfortable working in a team environment. The main focus of the positions is customer satisfaction and professional development along the way.
This position will initiate and implement Sales and Marketing support as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained daily. This role will also be in the office and will be responsible for speaking to customers in person. We do not offer any hybrid roles.
Duties of the Entry Level Marketing Assistant:
- Process orders and data entry with high-level accuracy
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
- Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise
- Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Communicate regularly to the Sales and Marketing team on goals and progress
- Assist in orientations if promoted into Training or Leadership Position
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Key Requirements:
- A College degree in a Business related field or something similar is preferred

- Be able to answer any and all customer inquiries
- Open to a flexible work schedule
- Candidates must be over eighteen years of age and eligible to work in the United States
