We are looking for skilled IT Support Technicians to join our team and provide technical support to various Ministries / Departments / Services of the Public Sector.
Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot IT hardware, software and network systems, including desktops, peripherals and local/wireless networks.
- Configure and maintain peripheral devices, such as scanners & printers.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and repairs for hardware and software issues.
- Manage router configurations and system updates, including Windows installations and customizations.
- Address issues related to Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Resolve Active Directory and email account issues (Domino/Exchange).
- Perform software installations (e.g., antivirus, drivers, browsers, Acrobat Reader).
- Investigate technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to suppliers when necessary.
- Confirm and update user needs for equipment and system software.
- Execute tasks assigned by the Contracting Authority.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications
- Diploma in Information Technology (2 years) or graduation from a Technical & Vocational School in Electrical & Electronic Applications.
Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Experience in Windows installations and network setups.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office troubleshooting and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Languages
- Fluency in Greek & English (written & spoken).
