Beutiful Tilia Resort, at Mouressi, Pelion, is looking for a Bartender / Barman / Barwoman for next Spring/Summer season.
The successful candidate needs to have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills with the ability to perform a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve in a polite manner
- Prepare drinks and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes, or been able to assist at the preparation of a cocktail, beverage menu
- Keep a well-stocked bar neat and clean at all times
- Cooperate with the rest of the team to achieve the highest standards of service as these are set by the management team
- Provide a positive guest experience
- Prepare the bar before daily operations start

Qualifications:
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and guest oriented
- Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Attention to detail
- Command of English will be appreciated
- Knowledge of P.O.S. or PDA appliances would be an asset
