We are currently seeking a talented and motivated
Concierge Agent to join our dynamic team for the season of 2025 (April-October). As a Concierge Agent at White Pearl Hospitality, you will provide top-notch service to our guests by assisting them with their inquiries and requests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide personalized assistance and attentive service
- Offer recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local activities tailored to guests' interests
- Handle guest requests for reservations, transportation, and special arrangements
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt response to guest inquiries
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and events
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guests' experiences
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Support the front office team in daily administrative tasks and record-keeping
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concierge Agent or similar role in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, events, and dining options
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
- Familiarity with hotel management software and booking systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Valid driver's license is a plus
