We’re searching for a Senior Procurement Officer with experience in being responsible for overseeing purchasing activities and ensuring that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The Global Procurement Officer’s responsibilities include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records. The role will operate within the Finance unit under the CFO.

Responsibilities:
- Search the supply market in the locations in scope and make the required negotiations with suppliers.
- Follow and track the IT requests.
- Find and evaluate potential new supply sources.
- Create PO requests and Agreements.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and requestors on the IT related activities.
- Support in understating the market and suppliers commercial propositions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with good IT background or at least 5 years of proven experience in procurement.
- Experience with procurement, IT, as well as systems and process implementations.
- IT sourcing and suppliers’ management experience. Experience with sourcing and negation with vendors on a global level.
- Knowledge of commercial agreements control and amendment practices and understanding of the market supply landscape and suppliers’ pre-selection.
- Experience with proper tendering and requests for information and proposal practices.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
