White Pearl Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the season of 2025 (April-October) in delivering exceptional service to our guests at our renowned restaurants in our hotels in Santorini. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a strong commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Knowledge of wines will be considered a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to promote products and services
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
