Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergency calls from customers seeking roadside assistance
- Communicate effectively in Spanish, ensuring customers receive clear and concise support
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for clients
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the system
- Maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers during stressful situations
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Experience with remote work is advantageous
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications
