We are looking for a dedicated and skilled
Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities and equipment are maintained at the highest standards. This pivotal role will involve performing repairs, conducting inspections, and carrying out preventive maintenance to guarantee the comfort and satisfaction of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance issues
- Perform repairs on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more
- Respond to maintenance requests from both guests and staff quickly and efficiently
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with appliances, systems, and fixtures
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area while adhering to safety protocols
- Document maintenance and repair work accurately
- Collaborate with other departments for effective operations and maintenance
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Perform emergency repairs as required
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role
- Thorough knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks and lift heavy equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
