We are seeking a dynamic, detailed oriented and skilled Finance Officer to join a respected law firm in Larnaca.
In this role, he/she will take the lead on the financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, manage internal accounting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present monthly financial summaries, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to keep the Firm Partner informed on key performance metrics.
- Track budget performance, support budget preparation, and monitor expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Analyse and manage revenue and expenses, contributing to the firm’s profitability and financial stability.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee payments and bank transactions to keep operations smooth.
- Manage daily transactions, invoicing, collections, and debtor management.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely submissions for Social Insurance and PAYE compliance.
- Act as a key point of contact with external authorities, clients, suppliers, and auditors, building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Assist with general office administration, implement firm policies, manage HR tasks, and support the overall business administration.
Qualifications / Experience:
- At least 2 years in a similar finance role, with hands-on experience in accounting and financial management is required.
- ACA/ACCA qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be considered an advantage. Candidates who are partly qualified or have equivalent experience are also welcome to apply.
- A degree in a business-related field will be considered an advantage.
- Highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Good level of proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience of liaising with auditors in respect of year-end accounts.
