Role purpose:
- Preparation of Annual financial statements
- Oversee year-end audit
- Prepare group consolidated and all subsidiary financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Compile annual budgets
- Analyze and report on group quarterly results, forecast and cash flow information.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy, completeness and validity of day to day finance functions and finance records, and maintaining sound internal controls of local and European operations
- Monthly financial reporting and analysis local and European operations
- VAT and income tax calculations
- Maintain relationships with all major banks
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferably qualified Chartered Accountant or similar
- 3 – 5 years full financial function experience
- IFRS knowledge and experience
- MRI/MDA or other accounting package software experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous property industry experience is beneficial
- Deep understanding of the Cyprus Tax laws
