Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to financial products and services
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues
- Guide clients on account setups, transactions, and other financial procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and customer management software
