Responsibilities
- Engage with German-speaking customers to deliver tailored consultations on search engine optimization and online marketing strategies
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns
- Evaluate client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance their online presence
- Educate clients about product features, best practices, and effective advertising techniques
- Document client interactions to gather feedback and enhance service offerings
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and search engine technologies
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to clients
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in their digital marketing pursuits
