Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries accurately and politely
- Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior that violates community standards
- Monitor user interactions to gather useful insights for enhancing community engagement
- Stay updated with brand guidelines and ensure they are upheld during moderation
- Work closely with fellow team members to establish and refine best practices for moderation
- Provide feedback on trends noted in content and user behavior to foster continuous improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Hungarian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing constructive feedback
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is preferred
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
