Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes with clear communication and effective solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and the resolutions of technical issues
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service quality and optimize the customer experience
- Share insights on recurring technical challenges to help improve support workflows
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential
- Experience in technical support or a related IT field is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Technical proficiency in computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals
- Comfortable working in a remote setup with dependable internet access
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company
