Responsibilities
- Provide personalized consultations to Norwegian-speaking customers on search engine optimization and online marketing tactics
- Assist clients with technical issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns
- Evaluate client needs and propose tailored solutions to improve their online visibility
- Educate customers about product features, effective advertising techniques, and best practices
- Document client interactions and gather feedback to improve service delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and search engines
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable recommendations to clients
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in their digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
