Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat in Slovak
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and efficient manner
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Provide guidance on product usage and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation support provided
- Familiarity with using digital tools and customer management software
