Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewellery, including product details, orders, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Offer personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve services
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- A genuine interest in luxury jewellery and fashion is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred
