Today, our client is hiring an experienced Lawyer for its litigation department in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Job Description
- Offer the whole scope of legal services to clients
- Appear before the Cyprus Courts
- Draft Litigation court documents (pleadings, applications, submissions etc.), legal opinions, contracts and other legal documents, handling out-of-court cases
- Provide professional legal advice to international and Cyprus clients on EU and Cyprus law matters
- Collaborate with other colleagues within the firm and associates
- Provide guidance and supervision of junior lawyers
Your Profile
- Holder of University degree in Law
- Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in a similar position
- Experience in conducting court hearings and handling cases and court hearings without supervision
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ethical and professional manner
