Job Description
We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Research Manager.
In this role, you will lead our efforts in understanding market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth competitor analysis and market research to inform business strategy, drive product development, and enhance customer satisfaction..
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market and brand analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
- Perform competitor analysis, evaluating their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop detailed customer personas based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data, allowing for more targeted marketing and product development.
- Work with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with customer interests and addresses customer needs effectively.
- Conduct thorough brand analysis to assess brand equity, customer loyalty, and overall market perception.
- Design and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather customer insights.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable recommendations for brand & product development as well as marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research findings with business objectives.
- Present research findings and insights to stakeholders, providing clear and impactful recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer research.
- Oversee relationships with external research agencies or consultants to supplement internal capabilities when needed.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive analysis preferably within iGaming.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and statistical analysis techniques.
