We are looking for a motivated
HR Administrator to manage the day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee relations in a dynamic, remote-first environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Be the contact point for HR-related questions for CapsLock team members
- Manage employee records and HRIS systems
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Support employee benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in event management and teambuilding arrangements
- Support key HR projects, including performance reviews and training programs
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with HR software and data management
- Experience with reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
