Our client is a leading law firm in Nicosia, Cpyrus. they have asked us to assist them with their recruitment of an experienced litigation lawyer.
The firm are looking for an experienced trial lawyer, arbitrator, and legal consultant.
The firm deal with complex, high value, cross-border disputes and has a particular expertise in advising on the filing and recognition of foreign judgments in Cyprus as well as obtaining urgent interim orders. The team is also well versed in all matters relating to international arbitral proceedings, including injunctions and challenges to arbitral awards.
They advise individual and corporate clients, including most of Athens shipping and maritime institutions, in shareholder disputes, commercial fraud, liquidation petitions, tort/breach of contract claims, administrative and constitutional law as well as banking and finance disputes and enforcement.
You will have over 3 years experience and be litigation focused. You will join a leading team and a very friendly environment.
