Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to emergency roadside assistance calls
- Communicate effectively in French, offering appropriate support to customers
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure swift assistance for clients
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during emergencies
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle stress effectively
- Experience with remote work environments is beneficial
