Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to emergency calls from customers requiring roadside assistance
- Offer clear and effective communication in Norwegian to assist customers
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely support for clients
- Maintain professionalism and a calm demeanor while handling stressful situations
- Accurately document all interactions and solutions in the required systems
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage pressure effectively
