Responsibilities
- Offer top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with accurate information
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Assist customers in understanding products and troubleshooting any issues
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both verbal and written) is essential
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools
