Role Fuctions
- Manage and oversee the storage and inventory of supplies and materials
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of stock levels, including incoming and outgoing inventory
- Conduct regular audits and stock evaluations to prevent shortages or surplus supplies
- Collaborate with department heads to ascertain their supply needs and manage ordering processes accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment to comply with company standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to receive and distribute goods in a timely manner
- Assist with monthly inventory reconciliations and provide suggestions for stock improvements
Requirements
- Relevant experience within the hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of the English language
