Role Functions
- Leads day-to-day restaurant operation
- Implements operational standards that maximize financial performance and enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversees menu creation and participates in food tasting
- Assists in staff recruitment and training processes
- Evaluates and monitors employee performance regularly
- Ensures exceptional levels of customer service; addresses guest inquiries and resolves complaints promptly
- Conducts monthly inventory audits and manages purchasing orders
- Maintains strict compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality or similar
- Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
